Preserving Traditional Wisdom
Many recipes once lovingly prepared at home are slowly disappearing. We believe these traditions deserve to live on, not just in memories, but in every new generation.
What began as a heartfelt act of care has grown into a trusted journey of nourishing little ones with wholesome, traditional food prepared with love.

Nestled in the peaceful village of Kukkehalli, near Udupi in the land of Lord Krishna, Janani Farm has become a trusted name for its natural farming practices. We cultivate bananas, paddy, and a variety of trees using sustainable methods, and are also known for rearing indigenous cows and producing authentic cow-based (Gavya) products.
Through our commitment to quality and purity, we have earned the love and trust of many customers. One such customer approached us seeking advice on nutritious food for their baby. I suggested a traditional Ragi and Wheat Manni, prepared using an age-old recipe lovingly passed down through generations. Since the preparation is quite time-consuming and requires great care, they requested me to prepare it for them.
What started as a heartfelt act of love gradually grew through word of mouth and inspired me to turn my passion into a meaningful business. The love, trust, and blessings of countless mothers have been my greatest strength and encouragement throughout this journey.
With the divine blessings of Lord Balakrishna, this humble initiative has today grown into a trusted enterprise dedicated to providing wholesome, traditional, and nutritious food for children while preserving our rich heritage and values.
Aamum is the affectionate baby-talk word a mother uses while lovingly feeding her child. Embedded in Aamum are a mother's love, care, affection, and abundant nutrition. A baby's healthy growth is possible with Aamum, as it contains no chemicals, no added sugar, and no added salt.
Inspired by the traditional wisdom of mothers from the coastal region of Tulu Nadu, Aamum is made from ragi (finger millet), wheat, and jowar (sorghum). Its unique preparation results in a husk-free food, making it gentle and suitable for babies.
Aamum is easy to digest and supports a baby's healthy digestive system, making it a wholesome and nourishing choice for growing little ones.Every batch of Aamum is prepared with great care, giving top priority to hygiene and purity.

Every decision we make is rooted in care, honesty and a commitment to nourishing children with wholesome, traditional food.

Parents deserve to know exactly what goes into their child's food. No hidden blends. No confusing ingredient lists. Just honest food, prepared with care.
Nothing replaces homemade food. Our goal is simply to make traditional recipes more accessible when life gets busy, without compromising on authenticity.
Every batch receives the same attention we would give food prepared for our own families. Because quality should never be rushed.
We believe that every child deserves wholesome nutrition prepared with the same patience and affection as it would be at home. Every pack of Aamum reflects our commitment to traditional recipes, natural ingredients and the trust that families have placed in us.
Because trust begins with honesty.
